eInvoicingHQ is a free reference for the European e-invoicing mandates: who must send structured e-invoices, by when, in which format, plus an in-browser generator that produces compliant files.

How the data is compiled

Each country's dates and obligations come from official ministry circulars and national system documentation, cross-checked against at least two independent professional sources. Every page links its official government source (ministries, tax authorities). When official dates move, pages are updated the same day and the rule pack version bumps. The generator's output is schema-validated against the official OASIS UBL 2.1 and UN/CEFACT CII D16B XSDs before download.

Privacy

The generator runs entirely in your browser. Invoice data never touches our servers, there are no uploads and no accounts. See privacy.
