Which profile do I need?

Peppol BIS 3.0 is the profile used on the Peppol network, mandatory for Belgian B2B since January 2026 and accepted in Germany. XRechnung is Germany's national profile, required for German public-sector buyers (it needs a Leitweg-ID as buyer reference). Factur-X / ZUGFeRD is France's preferred format (and accepted in Germany as ZUGFeRD): the generator produces its EN 16931 CII XML, ready for your PDP or software. KSeF FA(3) is Poland's national KSeF schema: the seller must be a 10-digit Polish NIP, the currency PLN, and exempt lines need the legal basis cited in P_19A. EN 16931 generic is the European core standard when no specific profile is requested. Not sure? Ask whoever receives the invoice.
