KSeF FA(3) (Poland)
Poland's national structured-invoice schema, built and operated by the Ministry of Finance. Every covered Polish taxpayer must issue invoices through the KSeF platform in the FA(3) logical structure since 1 February 2026 (all remaining taxpayers since 1 April 2026); FA(2) submissions are rejected. Unlike UBL or CII it is not an EN 16931 serialization, it is its own XML with Polish field names (P_1, P_2, P_13_x buckets for each VAT rate).
The schema is published at the Ministry's CRD repository (crd.gov.pl/wzor/2025/06/25/13775/). Our generator produces FA(3) XML validated against the official Ministry schema, with the seller identified by a 10-digit NIP and the buyer as a Polish NIP, an EU VAT number, or an unnamed consumer.
