The Peppol network's billing profile built on UBL 2.1 and EN 16931. Mandatory for Belgian B2B e-invoicing since 1 January 2026 and accepted in Germany. Sent via a certified Peppol access point, which every business gets a Peppol ID through.
Think of the Peppol ID as an IBAN for invoices.
